Taji is a seasoned legal professional boasting 20 years of hands-on experience.

 

Throughout his practice, he has amassed a diverse clientele, ranging from foreign companies and domestic corporations to local businesses and entrepreneurs.  Taji advises on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and financial transaction and an advocate in various dispute resolution proceedings. He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions including M&A, fundraising and finance, corporate restructuring, employment issues and compliance matters, including the incorporation of enterprises, corporate finance transactions and investment. He also has substantial experience as a litigator in the Indonesian court system. He is particularly well versed in matters of labor and employment law and bankruptcy and restructuring, where he both represents debtors and creditors from initial negotiations to liquidation.

 

He previously also had experience and served as the Head of Legal for a start-up group of companies in the technology and logistics sector. His tenure as an in-house counsel has enriched his ability to furnish practical legal solutions for corporate clients.
